How Much Could You Save?

Listing fees are 1% (Silver), 1.99% (Gold) or 2.49% (Platinum) of the final sale price; dollar examples are for illustration only and do not include HST (HST is extra, for every transaction). The Platinum fee is reduced to 2% if a firm agreement of purchase and sale (all conditions satisfied or waived) is reached within 30 days of the listing first appearing on MLS® and that sale closes. The listing fee is Levesque Realty Ltd.’s fee only; any commission offered to a buyer’s brokerage is additional, negotiable, and agreed with the seller in writing in the listing agreement before the property is listed. If Levesque Realty Ltd. also introduces or represents the buyer, an additional fee of 1% (Silver) or 0.5% (Gold and Platinum) of the final sale price applies instead of a buyer’s brokerage commission of 2% or agreed upon buyer's brokerage commission amount, with the written, informed consent of the parties as required by law. There is a $395 administration fee on closing for every sale, and HST applies to all fees. Fees are earned and payable as set out in the signed listing agreement, normally on closing, and the listing agreement governs if it differs from this page. Levesque Realty reserves the right to refusal or any modifications before entering in agreement. Package services are provided during the listing term and are subject to weather, scheduling, property access, safety and regulatory limits (including drone flight rules); an equivalent service may be substituted where one cannot reasonably be provided. Platinum Listings include a minimum of $250 in paid social media advertising. This minimum does not apply once a firm Agreement of Purchase and Sale (with all conditions satisfied or waived) for the subject home is established. The advertising platform, target audience, timing, and allocation of the advertising budget will be at the brokerage’s discretion. Virtual staging, AI-enhanced images and similar visuals are clearly labelled, show possibilities rather than the property’s current condition, and are never used to hide defects. Sellers may upgrade to a higher package by written amendment, with the higher rate applying to the sale, and may cancel the listing agreement at any time by written notice. No package guarantees a sale, sale price or time to sell. Statistics shown, including the CREA figure that people who watch videos and virtual tours on REALTOR.ca are 27% more likely to contact a REALTOR® (CREA, 2019), are general industry figures, and client savings shown reflect individual past transactions; results vary. Packages apply to residential properties in New Brunswick listed with Levesque Realty Ltd. under a signed listing agreement and may change without notice.
