Service Details
Rebates do not apply if:
a. the property is already listed for sale or has already been sold.
b. the buyer/seller is already under contract with a real estate broker.
c. other conditions may apply as made necessary by local laws, regulations or Levesque Realty Ltd.
When buying and/or selling a property in Canada using our Cashback Rebate you will receive the following;
- Be represented by a REALTOR®.
- Be provided with a complimentary Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), an industry method for establishing a suggested selling price for a property.
- Once on sale, your REALTOR will provide marketing through MLS, local media and online. Open Houses may also be conducted if requested.
- Once you Sell you will receive a 1% rebate of the Purchase Price, from your selling agent once they’ve received their full commission from the transaction and/or once you Buy you will receive a .5% rebate of the Purchase Price, from your buying agent once they’ve received their full commission from the transaction.
Excluded Real Estate Transactions
The Cashback Rebate Program is available only for certain residential real estate transactions. The following transactions are specifically excluded from the Program, and no rebate shall be owed to the Client unless the Broker, at its sole discretion, agrees to make an exception in writing:
- Mere listings (defined as property listings uploaded on MLS with no additional services provided);
- Vacant land transactions;
- Commercial real estate transactions;
- Lease or rent-to-own agreements
Rebates will be exclusive of HST or any other tax.
Rebate Delivery:
Rebates will be issued within (10) banking days post-closing, after the transaction has been completed as per the Agreement of Purchase and Sale and provided all applicable commissions have been received by Levesque Realty Ltd.. The Payment Period may be extended at the Broker’s discretion due to circumstances beyond the Broker’s reasonable control.
The Cashback Rebate Program is not intended to solicit, entice, or induce buyers currently under contract with another brokerage.
